Overview
These terms cover your use of the Kasumiq store and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products & pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are shown in the store's currency and may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect an error or fraud.
Shipping & fulfilment
Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Delivery times are estimates and can vary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
Returns & refunds
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Limitation of liability
The store and its products are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Kasumiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or its products. Always patch-test new skincare and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published here when you place your order.
