Shipping & Returns
Where we ship
We ship to the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum and no surcharge added at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders leave our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days and arrive in about 1–2 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way. We're honest about this: it's slower than a marketplace, because each order ships direct rather than sitting in a US warehouse.
If it's late, lost or damaged
If tracking stalls or your parcel arrives damaged, email us and we'll replace it or refund you. Loss and damage in transit are our problem, not yours.
30-day money-back guarantee
Changed your mind? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Send the item back in its original condition and we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, usually within five business days of it being scanned by the carrier.
Faulty items
If something stops working, tell us what happened and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund, your choice. No need to return a faulty unit at your own cost.
